I loved the traditional Indonesian decorations throughout the hotel. The intricate carvings and vibrant colors made me feel like I was truly experiencing the local culture. The general areas were also very accessible for senior people like me, with wide hallways and comfortable seating in the lobby. It was easy for me to navigate and enjoy my time at the hotel.

I wish the children working there had been more knowledgeable about local attractions and could provide better recommendations for senior-friendly activities.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the hotel pays attention to detail in terms of basic amenities and room cleanliness. We were pleased with the hospitality of the staff, who were friendly and provided good service. The location is also convenient, especially during the night time, as there are Chinese cuisine restaurants nearby.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly, even accommodating to guests arriving just before restaurant closing time. Location was good for shopping and sightseeing.

The English knowledge of some staff could be improved for better communication. Food menus should be changed daily to add variety.

I had a great stay in this hotel - very close to the city centre and airport, making it easy to move around. The location in Mangga Dua area is perfect for shopping and has easy access to Jakarta's International Expo Center. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
